The Metropolitan Hotel

Complete refurbishment of all guest rooms at The Metropolitan Hotel saw the installation of an intelligent guest room system with Occupancy Sensing, Smart Lighting, Do Not Disturb, Custom Control Application and integration with IPTV and BMS systems. Plus advanced reporting via HotDash platform and integration with the hotels PMS system.

Guest room lighting, DND/MUR system, extended audiio and Audio Visual installation took place at 45 Park Lane within every guestroom alongside HVAC Integration and PMS integration.

The system is controlled via intelligent keypads, the IPTV system/Guest Room remote control and integration with the hotels touchscreen IP telephones.
